About the Role

Activate offers a unique indoor gaming experience combining physical activity, teamwork, and digital games. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Berlin as Receptionists and Game Hosts.

Responsibilities

• Friendly reception and guest service
• Check-in of player groups and briefing on the process
• Answering questions on-site and by phone
• Assisting with bookings and organizational processes
• Guest support during their gaming experience
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth game flow
• Instructing players on game rules and safety regulations
• Assisting with technical or organizational questions in the game area
• Creating a motivating and positive atmosphere for our guests

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for gaming, sports, entertainment, and interacting with people
• Friendly and open demeanor
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork and commitment
• Flexibility in working hours (evenings and weekends)
• Good German language skills
