About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to lead one of our most important strategic partner accounts in the Nordics. In this role, you will own the end-to-end relationship, commercially, operationally, and strategically while working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen collaboration and position Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor. You will play a key role in developing this strategic account into a scalable and profitable partner setup, strengthening long-term collaboration and maximizing mutual business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Nordic account strategy and growth plan
  • Act as the central coordination point between Schneider Electric and the partner
  • Drive pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Lead partner development and enablement initiatives to strengthen capabilities
  • Drive adoption of Schneider Electric’s offers and solutions
  • Coordinate training sessions and joint go-to-market activities with internal teams and the partner
  • Identify opportunities to drive attach, cross-selling, and value-based selling
  • Establish and manage a clear operational cadence (e.g., follow-ups, QBRs)
  • Ensure high-quality account data, reporting, and structured execution
  • Provide leadership to a virtual Nordic account team (including local KAMs, program managers, and key stakeholders), driving alignment, performance, and execution without formal authority

Requirements

  • Experience in key account management, business development, or partner management
  • Experience working with system integrators, contractors, or within the buildings ecosystem
  • Understanding of BMS, Digital Power, or Fire solutions is an advantage
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and build trust with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative working style
  • Fluency in English (Nordic language is a plus)
