As a Retail Expert, you will empower customers to be their most beautiful selves by combining expert artistry skills, product knowledge, and a passion for building emotional connections. You will adapt your style to customer needs and work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs, while championing world-class artistry and customer experience.

Requirements
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Ideally experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.
- Aspire to be part of a disruptive and growing beauty brand.
- Love all things Charlotte Tilbury and spread the word.
