Responsibilities
- Manage all purchasing for F&B outlets, including receiving and inventory control.
- Ensure optimal inventory management and prevent stock chaos.
- Support the Operations Manager with F&B projects and act as a point of contact for the product range.
Requirements
- Personality is valued over resume.
- Experience in a comparable role or similar F&B activities (career changers welcome).
- Enjoy trying new things and taking unconventional paths.
- Organizational talent and strong IT skills, especially Excel.
