About the Role
As a UX Designer, you will bring coherence to the entire digital experience for visitors, working on multiple platforms including websites, a webshop, and an exhibitor portal. You will structure how systems connect, ensuring a logical and consistent user experience from orientation to usage. This new role offers the opportunity to establish UX more firmly within the organization and contribute to how work, design, and improvements are approached.
Responsibilities
- Designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI concepts for websites and platforms.
- Supporting and executing user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Analyzing funnels and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translating insights into concrete optimizations for digital products.
- Collaborating with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Providing input for the backlog and contributing to prioritization based on UX impact.
- Maintaining UX/UI consistency and contributing to the design system.
- Initiating improvements through A/B and multivariate testing.
- Continuously improving digital platforms across the entire customer journey.
Requirements
- HBO/WO work and thinking level (e.g., UX, CMD, Interaction Design, or psychology).
- Approximately 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Product Designer.
- Experience with digital platforms or complex systems.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design tools such as Figma.
- Experience with design systems and user research.
- Experience with data analysis, funnels, and usability testing.
- Experience facilitating design sprints.
- Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS).
- Affinity with accessibility (WCAG/EAA).
