About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead the development of next-generation AI-powered banking platforms. This role focuses on solving complex enterprise challenges by transforming intricate banking data, AI-generated insights, and operational intelligence into intuitive, explainable, and visually compelling user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and user research through delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Create interaction patterns across multiple enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and design standards.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design data-rich interfaces to communicate complex information and AI-driven insights.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled user experiences with a focus on transparency and usability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
• 3+ years of experience designing enterprise software or complex B2B platforms.
• Proven experience designing data-intensive applications and dashboards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise products and complex workflows.
• Expertise in data visualization and information design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams during implementation.
