About the Role

As a Technical Support Partner, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering technical expertise on electrical products sold in John Lewis and resolving their technical queries with exceptional service. You will diagnose and troubleshoot product issues, liaising with repairers and suppliers to ensure quick resolution for customers. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £4.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Offering exceptional customer service by showing empathy with product related issues.
  • Keeping the customer up to date with product repairs.
  • Adhering to business systems and processes to minimise loss and protect profitability.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues as a first point of resolution.
  • Supporting the wider shop team with general shop-keeping tasks and customer service.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills for engaging with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of product knowledge and expertise.
  • Technical support experience.
