About the Role

Mastercard Advisors provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets, platforms, and technologies to offer clients strategic insights and recommendations. The Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making to address strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop deliverables on multiple projects, lead workstreams, and present to clients.
Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
Manage relationships with clients and internal senior stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and structure work and junior teams to identify effective analysis structures.
Synthesize analyses and findings, and create impactful storylines.
Lead team and external meetings, and manage projects.
Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree with 4-8 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or payments.
Experience managing clients and/or internal stakeholders.
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Native Spanish and full proficiency in English.
Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.
Eligibility to work in Spain.
Ability to apply for travel visas as required.
