About the Role

Join London's fastest-growing estate agency as a motivated and ambitious recruiter within our dynamic in-house recruitment team. You will play a key role in supporting our continued growth by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and shortlist CVs and applications.
  • Conduct telephone screening interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment database.
  • Conduct interviews for positions across the group, with a focus on early careers.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience as a brand ambassador.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and Directors to develop accurate and up-to-date job descriptions.
  • Build strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to understand current and future recruitment requirements.
  • Support and promote established internal recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and assist with careers fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and confident in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong telephone manner with confidence in speaking to candidates over the phone.
  • Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and effectively.
  • A background in Sales, Lettings or Recruitment preferred.
