About the Role

We are building a platform with AI agents to independently handle operational decisions, honed by dozens of real customer projects. The product is live, in customer use, and growing. We need someone to hands-on manage these customer projects, from workshops and scoping to building agents that convince decision-makers and engage teams. As a specialized AI consultancy for the German SME sector, we support multiple implementation projects concurrently. With a growing pipeline, we seek an individual to independently manage projects with multiple clients simultaneously, offering more depth per client than traditional consulting.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple client projects concurrently, including scheduling, clarifying scopes, and tracking status.
Prepare, moderate, and document workshops, from discovery to in-depth use-case exploration.
Independently lead weekly client calls, including demos and feedback sessions.
Capture requirements accurately and translate them for the engineering team.
Build prototypes such as Claude Skills, n8n workflows, and prompts.
Identify new automation potentials and translate them into business cases.

Requirements

3-7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in tech-adjacent consulting, an innovation/digital unit, or as a Solutions Consultant at a B2B SaaS provider.
Combine business understanding with technical curiosity, comfortable in both domains.
Successfully managed multiple concurrent client projects independently, including workshops at the decision-maker level.
Strong, structured communication skills, clear with both management and developers.
Reliable and professional work ethic, both internally and with clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset: independently assess and communicate the value of use cases.
Hands-on AI affinity and strong learning ability: build prompts, configure n8n or Claude Skills, understand APIs.
