Responsibilities

• Flexible support in various areas, including bar, kitchen, and service, to cover shortages and fulfill guest requests.
• Ensure smooth operation in the F&B sector through efficient resource management and coordinated processes for top service quality.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to the highest standards.
• Dynamically respond to guest inquiries and unexpected challenges to guarantee a pleasant and disruption-free dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to promote harmonious operations and maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• German language skills.
• A 'doer' with a genuine hands-on mentality.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment.
