Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden dabei, sich im öffentlichen und politischen Umfeld klar zu positionieren und begleiten sie kommunikativ durch anspruchsvolle Transformationsprozesse.

Responsibilities

Mitarbeit an Projekten rund um strategische Kommunikation, Public Affairs und Positionierung
Recherche, Analyse und verständliche Aufbereitung komplexer Themen
Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien, Botschaften und Narrativen
Verfassen von Texten wie Pressemitteilungen, Beiträgen, Reden und Social Media Content
Erstellung von Präsentationen und Kommunikationsunterlagen
Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Workshops, Events und Stakeholderformaten
Mitwirkung im Projekt- und Partnermanagement
Je nach Erfahrung Übernahme eigener Arbeitspakete oder kleinerer Workstreams

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Kommunikations-, Politik-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
Für Associate: erste praktische Erfahrung, z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudium
Für Consultant: 1–2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Beratung, Kommunikation, Public Affairs oder Politik
Ausgeprägtes Interesse an strategischer Kommunikation sowie politischen und regulatorischen Themen
Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Stilsicherheit in der schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikation
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
