About the Role
At Moonpig, we're on an exciting journey to grow our international business, with Ireland as a key focus market. This role supports growth and customer engagement in Ireland by managing website and app content, and executing CRM campaigns. It ensures customers receive relevant, engaging, and timely communications throughout their journey, working closely with various teams to achieve this.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day content across Moonpig's international websites and apps, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Coordinate homepage, category, promotional and campaign content across web and app channels.
- Ensure onsite content and merchandising activity aligns with trading plans, commercial priorities and key seasonal moments.
- Support the optimisation of customer journeys to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Support the delivery of CRM strategies across Ireland, Australia and the US, with a strong focus on the Irish market.
- Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, push notifications, triggered communications, reminders and newsletters.
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of automated customer journeys and lifecycle programmes.
- Ensure CRM campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand standards.
- Monitor campaign and onsite performance, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
- Support reporting and campaign measurement, including evaluating campaign effectiveness and incremental performance.
- Produce regular performance updates and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Work with Analytics teams to understand customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Support customer segmentation and audience selection for targeted communications.
- Help maintain audience accuracy and campaign targeting standards.
- Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Partner closely with Design, Product, Commercial and Analytics teams to optimise customer experiences and communications.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve engagement, retention, conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Support wider New Markets initiatives and growth projects as required.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing, content management or a similar role.
- Strong interest in customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience executing digital campaigns and managing content across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience using an Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM platform.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using data, reporting and performance insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
