About the Role

DXC is seeking a Business Analyst to act as a strategic partner to division heads and sales teams. You will support executive decision-making by managing deal progress, performing data analysis, and providing actionable business insights. This role offers significant growth opportunities through mentorship and exposure to high-level business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sales teams
• Gather information from sales teams to track and report on deal progress, risks, and opportunities
• Manage and analyze deal data within Salesforce (SFDC)
• Perform cleansing and analysis of large datasets
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve monthly forecasting accuracy
• Monitor quarterly contract values to ensure successful deal closure
• Present data-driven analysis to department heads to support strategic decision-making
• Assist sales teams in developing annual budgets and customer strategy plans
• Advise sales teams on Sales Booking Policies and contract execution
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to develop and execute business growth initiatives
• Create comprehensive reports that provide actionable business insights
• Manage customer visit schedules and support process changes

Requirements

• High level of proficiency in Japanese communication
• Ability to communicate effectively with division heads and executive management
• Experience in data analysis using Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
• Experience handling and analyzing datasets of 10,000+ records
• High ethical standards
