About the Role

The Product Management team in the AD/ADAS domain is responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into strategic, consistent roadmaps. You will collaborate daily with engineering teams to prioritize projects, advocate for the user, and manage external stakeholder expectations to advance autonomous and assisted driving software.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and evaluation criteria to guide engineering and testing efforts.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and strategic positioning using data-driven insights and user research.
• Craft roadmaps and metrics aligned with company mission.
• Partner with engineering, validation, and release teams to resolve system bottlenecks and optimize development cycles.
• Coordinate with technical leads and component managers to ensure a unified development approach.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery, including participation in architectural reviews and design considerations.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators to improve system quality and functional performance.
• Communicate product roadmaps, strategic decisions, and priorities to internal teams and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or system engineering.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles or automotive projects, including systems engineering and the V-process.
• Experience in mass production development of large-scale systems.
• Understanding of enterprise systems, workflow tools, data management, verification, and deployment systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to define and track product metrics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
