Responsibilities

• Technical consulting and support for acquisition and sale processes for international clients, focusing on technical building equipment throughout the entire real estate lifecycle.
• Conducting Technical Due Diligence and monitoring in single and portfolio transactions.
• Managing projects and costs, and creating customized reports in German and English.
• Participating in negotiations for real estate transactions and construction projects.
• Supporting TA Europe in growth and development to become a leading consulting firm.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (e.g., in building services, energy technology, electrical engineering, etc.) or technician training with initial consulting experience.
• Initial experience in plant engineering or building operations, with knowledge in Technical Due Diligence and/or operator responsibility being desirable.
• Ability to abstract complex technical contexts and think interdisciplinarily, including fire protection and construction technology.
• Independent and structured way of working, combined with interdisciplinary thinking and willingness to travel.
• Very good German and good English language skills, as well as a confident, communicative demeanor.
