About the Role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a proactive individual with 5+ years of commercial real estate and transaction experience to join our fast-growing Global Occupier Services team. The Associate will play a central role in the delivery of end-to-end real estate transactions across EMEA and APAC, focused on a specific Logistics & Industrial client. This execution-focused position requires strong coordination, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex, multi-market transaction programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end real estate transactions for a specific client in EMEA / APAC, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, regears, and build-to-suit projects
  • Act as the primary point of coordination for transaction execution, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes aligned with client objectives
  • Provide advisory support on L&I occupier requirements, including site selection, network optimisation, lease strategy, and market dynamics
  • Manage and coordinate internal Cushman & Wakefield teams (including agency, capital markets, PDS, legal and finance) and external consultants to ensure seamless transaction delivery
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing clear and timely reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Drive consistency and best practice in transaction management processes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance transaction outcomes through market insight, commercial negotiation, and deal structuring
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local market teams to ensure effective execution and access to local market intelligence
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of transaction management processes, tools, and data quality
  • Diligent oversight of transactions from initiation through execution
  • Program management of stakeholder inputs
  • Oversight of account team support including transaction managers, transaction coordinators, and/or transaction analysts
  • Accountable for client budgeting, internal revenue management, and adherence to account and transaction level KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Real Estate experience or similar in a transaction management role in the real estate services sector
  • Proven track record in managing clients and delivering transactional real estate projects internationally
  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
  • Experience in business development, networking and building relationships internally and externally
  • Pro-active approach
  • Ownership of project planning and delivery
  • Good commercial acumen, negotiation skills and understanding of market dynamics
  • Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally
  • Good communication skills verbal and written and is able to adapt the style to different situations and clients
  • Ability to make informed decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
