About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Advisor AI Transformation to act as a strategic and operational catalyst for our E-Commerce division. This role will drive AI evolution, bridging the gap between innovation and practical enablement, ensuring our teams are at the forefront of AI-powered customer journeys and checkout processes.
Responsibilities
- Empower operational experts by acting as a strategic advisor, technical mentor, and hands-on implementer, providing necessary tools, prototypes, and knowledge.
- Support teams in increasing efficiency in campaign ideation, creation, and analysis by identifying and integrating AI tools into existing workflows.
- Drive AI transformation around online shops and sales platforms, guiding involved organizations through the process.
- Advise on leveraging AI to enhance personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Act as a lead for internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements for development teams.
- Create functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development with a clear focus on AI implementation.
- Comfortable with 'Vibe Coding', rapid prototyping, and deep diving into AI tools to assess practical functionality.
- Possess an 'Enabler' mindset, facilitating success for others and explaining complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams.
- Fluent English language skills are required; German or other European languages are a plus.
