About the Role
Lucid Software is seeking an impact-oriented Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex data and human collaboration. You will join a high-caliber squad of designers and engineers building tailored, persona-based solutions and scalable infrastructure, including AI-powered features. This role requires a strategic partner who thrives on technical complexity and maintains a relentless obsession with elegant user experiences, acting as a natural mentor who excels at distilling ambiguity into a clear vision.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to champion the user and deliver high-impact features.
- Deepen customer insight through qualitative and quantitative research to advocate for user needs and motivations.
- Own the product lifecycle, leading features from ideation and specification through launch, analysis, and iteration.
- Prioritize roadmaps and communicate strategic trade-offs to stakeholders to meet core business goals.
- Define and move key business metrics (KPIs) through disciplined product optimization and data analysis.
- Collaborate with Designers on world-class UX and Engineers on complex technical trade-offs.
- Foster a culture of collective success through high-trust relationships with Engineering and UX.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of software Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of driving core business metrics in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Skilled in de-risking initiatives using creative, lean methodologies to validate hypotheses and ideas quickly.
- Ability to act as a translator across the organization, communicating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in navigating complex technical trade-offs and partnering with UX to create simple, intuitive experiences.
- Experience building high-trust, productive relationships with Engineering and UX counterparts.
- Proactive approach to seeking feedback, learning quickly, and iterating based on data and team insights.
