About the Role
Play a key role in the smooth running of NSW’s largest private hospital by ensuring nursing services are staffed with the right personnel, possessing the appropriate skills, at the optimal times. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Updating rosters
- Addressing general inquiries
- Monitoring communications to take necessary actions promptly
- Managing and ensuring that staffing needs are met without compromising quality or compliance
- Maintaining a positive, quality-driven work environment
Requirements
- Previous hospital experience and familiarity with scheduling and staff allocation
- Understanding of industry and occupation awards is welcome
- People person capable of working positively with nursing staff and other hospital staff
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good data entry experience
- Systematic approach
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Capable of undertaking work at varying levels of skill
- Strong problem-solving abilities
