About the Role
Manage the business part of EDI implementation for Global Accounts. Join a global team focused on strengthening operational efficiency and delivering value to our strategic customers through robust, scalable integrations. Optimize critical processes and ensure technical integrations support customer expectations and operational performance. Define the right setup for colleagues and ensure solutions are built to work in reality, enabling consistent service delivery and supporting customer success. This role directly influences operations and delivery, acting as a catalyst for change.
Responsibilities
- Guide and drive global business integration initiatives.
- Identify and align commercial and business needs with IT requirements.
- Define the optimal setup for clients and operations.
- Represent global interests and drive integrations with close coordination between local and regional teams.
- Ensure integration solutions are scalable and fit-for-purpose.
- Support customers' future setup with DSV.
- Own deliveries and push projects forward.
- Contribute actively to the enterprise agenda.
- Operate where decisions matter and execution makes the difference.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with key Supply Chain systems.
- Deep interest in system interactions, especially through EDI/API.
- Ability to work with technical teams to ensure reliable data flow.
- Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Keep everyone informed and aligned.

- $90,000-$115,000 annually
