About the Role
The Email and CRM Marketing Manager leads customer engagement strategy through email, SMS, and related digital channels. The role designs, implements, and optimizes personalized customer journeys to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value, leveraging enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys.
- Leverage enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in email marketing including strategy, acquisition, automation, testing, analytics, and reporting.
- Expertise in CRM, personalization, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle analysis.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Proven success in growing loyalty programs and delivering high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management, communication, content development, and HTML/CSS skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Existing Australian work rights.
- Satisfactory National Police Check.
- Satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment.
