About the Role

As Senior Product Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with three to five enterprise customers end to end, from discovery and technical scoping to gating UAT and rollout. You will co-design the production build with engineering and run first-line UAT before customer delivery. This role offers direct technical impact and ownership of named enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with three to five enterprise customers, running workshops, scoping work, and driving release cadences.
• Validate ideas before engineering investment through design briefs, scoping documents, or prototypes.
• Co-design the production build with engineering.
• Run first-line UAT, defining acceptance criteria and ensuring quality before customer release.
• Translate customer needs into engineering briefs and engineering capabilities into customer expectations.
• Push back on scope when requests do not align with key metrics.
• Integrate the company's AI pipeline into customer workflows and systems.
• Sequence delivery against engineering capacity in collaboration with the Head of Tech.
• Represent the product to senior stakeholders at customer sites and to investors.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product, with at least 2 years in genuinely technical roles (engineering, technical PM, solutions architect, forward-deployed engineer).
• Shipped production code in the last 2 years (verifiable on GitHub).
• Strong technical co-design instincts, ability to read code, evaluate architecture, and participate in design reviews.
• Experience with first-line UAT, including defining acceptance criteria and signing off on releases.
• Daily user of AI tools (LLMs, agents) with an understanding of how model behavior impacts user experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (C1 or C2).
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise customers concurrently.
• Ability to simplify complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
• EU work permission.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
