About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Financial Services, you will bring deep banking expertise to our digitalization projects, helping leading banks create digital customer experiences that are technically sound, compliant, and user-friendly. You understand the challenges banks face, speak the language of business, IT, and management, and translate complex requirements into digital solutions with measurable added value. You will act as a trusted advisor, actively shape the digital future of the financial industry, and help expand diva-e's Financial Services business.

Responsibilities

Advise banks and financial service providers on the digitalization of their business and customer processes.
Design digital customer journeys along key banking processes.
Act as a bridge between business departments, regulatory bodies, and technology, translating banking-specific requirements into innovative digital solutions.
Contribute expertise in areas such as onboarding, payment transactions, lending, wealth management, or digital banking apps to customer projects and develop viable implementation concepts.
Support presales and proposal processes, identify new business opportunities, and actively contribute to the development of our Financial Services portfolio.
Strengthen diva-e's industry expertise through knowledge transfer, best practices, and technical input for colleagues and project teams.

Requirements

Several years of experience in consulting banks or financial service providers.
Successfully accompanied digitalization or transformation projects.
Knowledge of processes, systems, and regulatory requirements in the banking world.
Ability to understand how banking processes, systems, and regulations interact in practice.
Comfortable working at the intersection of business and IT.
Ability to clearly structure complex business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
Experience in retail banking, wealth management, or private banking is ideal.
Experience working on digital customer or service processes.
Confident communication in German and English.
Confident client-facing presence.
Willingness to support clients on-site within the DACH region.
