About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Brighte, you will be central to the AI and automation transformation within the sales and operations team. You will identify opportunities for technology to add value, build the case for change, and lead implementation from start to finish, collaborating across various departments to achieve objectives. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to C-suite executives, reporting to the Head of Business Operations and working closely with the CFO, Head of Sales & Operations, Data team, and senior functional leaders to ensure AI initiatives are business-value grounded, scalable, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Brighte’s business model, processes, and data landscape.
  • Identify, prioritize, and roadmap AI and automation opportunities based on commercial impact, cost, and feasibility.
  • Build business cases connecting technology solutions to measurable business outcomes, including use-case analysis, cost-benefit assessment, and risk evaluation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical and analytical specifications.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI and automation initiatives on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Work with Engineering and Technical teams to integrate AI tools into Brighte’s existing systems.
  • Deploy and optimize platforms including the Claude suite, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT.
  • Identify inefficient processes and redesign workflows leveraging AI and automation.
  • Build new processes that are documented, repeatable, and transferable across teams.
  • Evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner closely with the CFO, Head of Sales & Operations, Data team, and key functional leaders to align AI initiatives with Brighte’s strategic roadmap.
  • Facilitate workshops and prioritization discussions across business units.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams.
  • Maintain strong governance so AI adoption aligns with data security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a commercial or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience using AI to fundamentally change how work is done, understanding how large language models, machine learning, and automation tools operate.
  • Proven track record identifying operational problems, assessing their commercial value, and leading solutions through to delivery.
  • Strong experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI and automation platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent.
  • Sharp commercial acumen to size opportunities, build business cases, and make clear recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills, confident presenting to senior leaders and working with technical teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured solutions and tangible outcomes.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift and initiative is rewarded.
  • Candidates must be willing to undertake references and background checks, including police, anti-money laundering, and bankruptcy checks.
