About the Role

Lead and shape supply chain operations across the Japan market, ensuring reliable supply execution, strong regulatory compliance, and alignment with global priorities. Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end supply chain execution for the Japan market
Drive supply chain transformation and operational efficiency initiatives
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and quality requirements
Lead planning, forecasting, and supply coordination activities
Manage external logistics and manufacturing partners
Influence senior stakeholders to align on strategic supply priorities

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in supply chain or related field
3-5 years of experience with local regulatory
Strong experience operating within the Japan regulatory environment
Proven leadership in projects and managing teams
Experience influencing regional or global stakeholders from Japan
