About the Role

As a project manager, you will be empowered to ensure flawless delivery to meet customer expectations and needs, including on-time and on-budget project completion. You will build and maintain excellent customer relationships, leveraging organizational skills and technical innovation to support a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables for project initiation, development, and execution.
• Provide leadership and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
• Regularly review and update project financial status.
• Ensure high quality of work and compliance with OHS&E standards.
• Effectively manage customer and contractor relationships.
• Identify opportunities, improvements, and solutions to drive continuous organizational improvement.
• Demonstrate disciplined professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under time pressure.

Requirements

• Strong background in Security / EACs solutions.
• Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Security / EACs post qualification.
• Extensive Commercial Security operational experience.
• NV1 security clearance.
• Excellent written/report writing and verbal communication skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• Passion for driving front-line safety identification and resolution.
• Electrical trade qualification and understanding of electrical drawings.
• IT networking understanding.
