About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Sales Associate who understands and embodies the Chloe attitude and values, providing the best service to all customers as a Chloe Stylist.
Responsibilities
- Sales and operations at Chloe boutiques and related duties.
- Sales and customer service for Chloe products.
- Planning and execution of shop events.
- Training and development of junior staff, including temporary staff.
- Proposing and implementing in-store displays and product placement.
- Sales-related tasks such as customer data and inventory management.
- PC tasks incidental to the above.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of customer service and sales experience, regardless of industry.
- Passion for fashion and ability to embody the Chloe brand image.
- Value teamwork and can communicate effectively with customers, internal/external stakeholders, and team members.
- Understand company rules and can act proactively and execute tasks.
- High awareness of sales budget achievement and ability to think and act independently to achieve it.
