About the Role

As a Cafe Support Staff at BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE, you will support the team in delivering wonderful hospitality and work with Baristas as a Self Starter to improve the team and guest experience. We are looking for individuals with a passion for coffee to help energize our cafes.

Responsibilities

• Support the team by maintaining cleanliness to ensure guests have a delicious coffee experience in a beautiful environment and the team operates smoothly.
• Handle tasks such as operating the register, washing dishes, clearing tables, cleaning and restocking the condiment bar, and assisting guests with product information and service.
• Gradually take on guest guidance and serving coffee and food to tables after becoming familiar with the work and product knowledge.
