About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Transformation Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and support large-scale organizational change. You will work closely with leadership to translate complex business challenges into actionable, process-oriented solutions, bringing a hands-on approach, a global mindset, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Map out current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design logical, streamlined future-state workflows.
- Partner with diverse teams across the organization to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop comprehensive project updates, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate progress and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Champion change initiatives, anticipating obstacles and utilizing a solutions-focused mindset to overcome them.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in project management, successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Previous experience working within a multi-national corporation, with a strong understanding of global matrix structures and diverse business cultures.
- Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) to effectively facilitate global and local stakeholder communications.
- Clear, logical, and analytical thinking with a deeply process-oriented approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation design).
- A resilient 'can-do' attitude, demonstrating agility, accountability, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in guiding teams through change will significantly reduce organizational resistance during rollout.
