About the Role

This 6-month contract role focuses on assessing, stabilizing, and driving an active NetSuite ERP implementation for a health supplement business. The successful candidate will join an in-progress project to identify risks, organize priorities, and establish a roadmap for stabilization, execution, and long-term maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and stabilization of the NetSuite implementation.
• Review project plans, SOWs, vendor deliverables, configuration status, and business requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with cross-functional departments including finance, sales, operations, and IT.
• Translate business needs into clear workstreams, owners, and milestones.
• Identify and address scope, process, configuration, and reporting gaps.
• Manage implementation partner activities and hold vendors accountable.
• Build and maintain a realistic project plan.
• Maintain logs for issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and change control.
• Coordinate UAT planning, test scripts, defect tracking, and business signoff.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go/no-go decision-making.
• Provide concise executive-level status reporting and escalate risks early.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of ERP implementation project management experience.
• 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
• Experience joining an implementation already in progress.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP business processes.
• Experience with sales, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, finance, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Ability to assess unclear project status and create an executable recovery plan.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Strong documentation and project governance discipline.
• Experience with UAT, cutover, data migration, defect management, and go-live readiness.
