About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and warm leads.
- Consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
- Matching correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Skillfully using sales expertise to turn prospects into policyholders.
- Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products.
- Adapting to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs.
- Ensuring customers receive quality products and services.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- Must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
- Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
