About the Role

Quantium is a global leader in data science and AI. As Lead Delivery Manager for the Consumer vertical, you will orchestrate the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, acting as the critical link between strategy and execution to ensure flawless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-value Consumer initiatives from syndicated reporting to AI automation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Coordinate delivery across Analytics, Product, Technology, and Operations teams, building effective relationships across geographic boundaries.
• Lead resource planning, financial tracking, and executive reporting across the Consumer portfolio.
• Proactively surface delivery risks, manage dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies across competing priorities.
• Build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain team momentum through challenges.

Requirements

• 7-10 years' experience as a delivery manager, scrum master, or project manager in data, analytics or technology environments.
• Strong ability to distill complex information for executive audiences and facilitate dialogue across technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive outcomes across organisational boundaries.
• Practical expertise applying agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
• Strong capability managing resource plans, budgets, and implementing effective risk mitigation practices.
