About the Role
The Operations Support Specialist supports the day-to-day functions of the CEO and extended restaurant team, ensuring smooth business processes and efficient workflow. This role involves administrative support, data entry, travel and vendor coordination, and internal communication across departments. Will provide key support in assisting teams with planning, coordination, and execution of projects. This role ensures that project documentation is accurate, timelines are tracked, and communication flows smoothly among stakeholders. Will ensure operational efficiency — all within a startup culture that’s fast-paced, nationwide, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks for CEO and across multiple locations and departments managing daily operational tasks and workflows.
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure optimal time management.
- Assist with detailed processes including permitting, store development, systems administration, and new location set-up.
- Maintain internal databases, records, and documentation.
- Support travel coordination, project management, and logistics tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for leadership.
- Organize and streamline operational workflows and create documentation.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Participate in strategic planning and execution for new store openings, including creation of internal communications and team coordination.
Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Interest in franchise operations, retail, or startup environments.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
