About the Role
As a member of the Enterprise Operations Business Partnerships & Sustainment Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver a superior and consistent customer experience through excellence in operations. You’ll be at the forefront of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results that align with GreenShield’s corporate strategy and vision for the future.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a leadership capacity with program managers, project sponsors, stakeholders, and information technology project managers to define project scope, build and execute implementation plans to achieve successful outcomes.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional responses to operational challenges, leveraging resources from affected teams.
- Maintain detailed, objective records during these engagements and produces retrospective artifacts that detail root cause, actions completed to resolve immediate issues, and recommended corrective actions post-closure.
- Provide analytical capacity and/or specialized expertise across a broad range of scenarios.
- Be accountable for implementation and quality of remediating actions following issue resolution.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders from across the enterprise to manage and communicate status information, including regular communications updates, monitoring of risks and facilitating stakeholder and working team meetings.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate operational friction points and risks.
- Interpret business requirements and defines metrics and KPIs to measure the health and performance.
- Build and foster cooperative and productive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and functional areas.
- Participate in portfolio reviews, including dashboard creation, and providing relevant status updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure organizational alignment by acting as a key contributor within a streamlined communication process.
- Promote the Enterprise Business Partnership & Sustainment team’s role within the organization, ensuring good understanding of projects in flight and sharing project management knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in analytical roles and/or facilitating or managing projects.
- Ability to influence and lead others to achieve project deliverables.
- Ability to organize and prioritize accountabilities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong proficiency with Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- Experience in group benefits and/or related industries.
- ASA, CPA, PMP, PgMP or other relevant certification
- Proficiency in English is required for this position.
