About the Role
As a Product Manager in the Assessment domain, you will shape the core products, APIs, and experiences that power learning for millions of users. This role balances innovation with platform reliability, requiring collaboration across engineering and design teams to drive AI-led product development within a global assessment ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key areas within the Assessment product portfolio.
- Deliver new capabilities for learner and developer experiences while maintaining platform stability.
- Balance customer requests, strategic initiatives, technical debt, and maintenance activities.
- Build customer feedback loops to influence product decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams from discovery through delivery.
- Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled product development practices.
- Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales.
- Triage and prioritize product issues.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs.
- Refine requirements and coordinate release plans.
- Review product analytics and platform performance metrics.
- Demonstrate product enhancements to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Experience working with API products or developer-focused products.
- Experience maintaining mature software products operating at scale.
- Strong technical literacy and understanding of modern web applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance competing priorities.
- AI literacy and enthusiasm for AI-assisted product development.
- Must have the right to live and work in Ireland.
