About the Role
The Product Management AD (Technology) is a key leadership role responsible for driving technology execution across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions. This role partners closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to translate product strategy into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The Associate Director will lead multiple development teams, champion modern software development practices, and play a critical role in advancing AI-enabled capabilities—both within internal development processes and customer-facing products. This position requires a strong balance of technology leadership, operational execution, and innovation mindset to support high-growth, mission-critical solutions in a regulated industry environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate product and business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps and execution plans
- Lead platform modernization efforts, including SaaS transformation, architecture evolution, and system integration
- Ensure alignment between technology investments and product roadmap priorities
- Lead and manage multiple development teams (typically 2–4 teams), ensuring high performance, engagement, and delivery outcomes
- Partner with Product, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work and drive execution
- Establish strong team accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes
- Implement and scale modern development practices, including Agile, Lean, and Spec Driven Development (SDD)
- Drive adoption of data-driven, customer-centric development methodologies
- Improve development velocity, release quality, and predictability
- Lead initiatives to embed AI/ML capabilities into products and internal development workflows
- Partner with innovation teams to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions
- Identify and deliver AI-driven efficiency gains across engineering and product delivery processes
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure technology execution aligns with product strategy and customer needs
- Support delivery of high-value features while balancing speed, quality, and cost considerations
- Contribute to product lifecycle planning and SaaS delivery models
- Establish and maintain standards for security, scalability, availability, and regulatory compliance
- Define and monitor engineering KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for data protection and system reliability
- Lead teams through adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working
- Coach and mentor team members to build next-generation technical leadership capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or technology delivery
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering or cross-functional development teams in a manager role/title (direct reports 6-9 range)
- Proven experience delivering enterprise B2B SaaS products at scale
- Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., financial services, fintech) preferred
- Hands-on experience with modern development methodologies (Agile, Lean, DevOps)
Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable systems design
- Experience with or exposure to AI/ML concepts and applications in product or engineering contexts
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution across complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

- $133,400.00 - $238,400.00 USD
- This role is eligible for Bonus.
