About the Role
Join Human Longevity Inc. Responsibilities
- Act as the welcoming voice of HLI, routing calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage client schedules and appointment follow-ups.
- Coordinate results reviews and post-visit planning with the HLI clinical team.
- Lead the client throughout the HLI clinical visit and coordinate the final wrap-up phase.
- Maintain client privacy with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Manage electronic and paper records.
- Track diagnostic kits and specimens.
- Ensure seamless office operations.
- Provide after-hours and weekend assistance as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Phlebotomy Certification (CPT)
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Veradigm
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a medical environment
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving and service
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of phlebotomy experience
- A customer-centric mindset, with a knack for anticipating needs and providing exceptional service
- Independent work ethic with minimal supervision
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Salesforce, WebEx, DocuSign, and Macintosh systems
