About the Role

Eulerity is seeking a highly organized and people-oriented intern to support the full recruiting lifecycle in our New York office. This role involves coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, gathering feedback, and learning talent sourcing techniques, offering a direct look into how a high-growth startup builds its team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Gather structured feedback from interviewers and compile clear summaries.
• Track candidate status across roles and identify any process delays.
• Learn to identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Develop an understanding of strong candidate profiles across various functions.

Requirements

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and addressing needs.
