About the Role
Lead the development of a next-generation Customer Data Platform (CDP) and enterprise Customer 360 capability. This strategic role defines how customer data is structured, governed, and activated across systems, unifying fragmented data into a consistent, trusted, and actionable customer view.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the enterprise Customer Data Platform
- Lead the evolution of a Customer 360 data model, aligning to operational and analytics needs
- Prioritize features based on value creation, data impact, and stakeholder demand
- Explore and analyze customer data models across multiple source systems
- Define canonical data structures and relationships to support a unified customer view
- Drive alignment across systems to reduce fragmentation and duplication
- Define and evolve strategies for customer identity resolution across systems
- Establish and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks for customer data
- Define business rules, data definitions, ownership, and stewardship models
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Align across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and IT functions
- Define and track KPIs (data quality, adoption, business impact)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Data Product Owner, or Business Product roles
- Strong experience with customer data domains (accounts, contacts, hierarchies, interactions, etc.)
- Proven experience building or scaling Customer 360 / Customer Data Platform initiatives
- Experience working across multiple systems and data platforms (e.g., CRM, MDM, data lake/warehouse)
- Deep understanding of entity resolution, identity matching, and data modeling concepts
- Experience translating business needs into data and system requirements
