About the Role
Leasing Professionals play a key role in shaping the resident experience and are the face of the community, helping prospective residents find the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives on meeting goals, and is looking to grow in the multifamily industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software)
- Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events
- Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
- Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule
- Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Experience with Entrata or property management software
- Bilingual abilities
- Regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting
- Ability to communicate effectively and safely perform physical tasks
- On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time
- Physical activities (50% to 100%): Bend/stoop/squat/kneel, Climb stairs, Push or pull, stand, and walk, Reach above shoulders
- Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity
- Lifting/Carrying: Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%), 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%), Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
