About the Role
Valence Care is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to help identify, attract, and hire top talent in the industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in healthcare recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a homecare setting and an understanding of the credentialing requirements for Nursing and Rehab staff. Experience with Dayforce is highly desired. Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
Requirements
- At least 5 years of prior experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Familiarity with standard hiring and onboarding practices within a healthcare organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
