About the Role
Provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers in a fast-paced team environment. Partner with customers and the outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide
- Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Organized aptitude & attention to detail
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
