About the Role
Svetness Corp is seeking a Yoga Instructor to lead introductory and potentially ongoing weekly yoga classes at a luxury apartment building in Austin, Texas. This role involves guiding participants through various yoga postures and breathing exercises, ensuring proper form, and maintaining a safe and engaging class environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide students in Yoga through a variety of postures and breathing exercises.
- Provide direction to make sure students are performing movement properly.
- Teach quality group exercise class programs in accordance with industry standards while ensuring the safety of all participants.
Requirements
- Certificate of completion from 200-hour yoga teaching training.
- Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead students for a maximum of 1 hour at a time.
- Class must start promptly on time.
- Yoga instructor will provide their own music if appropriate.
- Participants will bring their own Yoga mats.
- Must have CPR/AED Certification and proof of Yoga certification.
