About the Role
Join The Home Depot to help customers succeed by processing the flow of goods through our Distribution Centre. This role involves varied tasks including receiving, unloading, palletizing, order picking, packing, and loading products while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment including Walkie Riders, Forklifts, MHE, Reach, and Center Riders
- Perform loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting of products
- Collaborate with Operations Managers, area coordinators, and associates to complete tasks
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams and stores
- Maintain attention to detail and complete work in a timely manner
- Ensure orderly condition and housekeeping of the assigned work area
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with dust, noise, gas fumes, and temperature fluctuations
- Ability to work a set schedule
