About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will build and launch new product features that deliver meaningful value for our customers and organization. You will lead and drive strategic initiatives across the full end-to-end product lifecycle, including vision setting, charter definition, planning, requirements, user stories, development, testing, integration, deployment, usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and plan all aspects of product management.
- Drive activities of teams building, integrating, or enhancing products aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology.
- Maximize product reusability and repeatability, focusing on revenue growth for new logo strategic client acquisitions, improved customer experience, and teamwork.
- Maintain ownership of product planning, development, and lifecycle management.
- Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams to execute against product milestones.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into epics, themes, and features.
- Create actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for design and development teams.
- Validate specifications with stakeholders to ensure consistency with business requirements and expected results.
- Document new features and communicate functionality to end users.
- Measure and analyze existing features for innovation and improvement opportunities.
- Integrate performance metrics, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
- Experiment, iterate, innovate, and fail quickly.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success managers, solution experts, technical experts, and partners to present and position customer experience offerings.
- Provide dedicated product support for the NOAM region, ensuring local time zone coverage and alignment with local market needs.
- Support the strategic vision of having one customer experience across our largest platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (business or technical field a plus).
- Minimum 3+ years in a Product Manager or related role.
- Familiarity with product and software development tools, techniques, and agile methodologies.
- Practical Agile experience (not certifications) within an organization in transition for at least 5 years.
- Strong technical skills to communicate with and motivate the development team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with a variety of external stakeholders, presenting product designs, workflows, and functionality.
- Experience with DevOps, JIRA, PPT, and other tools.
- UX / product development experience with customer platforms is a plus.
