About the Role

Clio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Project Management Office (PMO) team. The PMO leads strategic, complex, and cross-functional projects, working closely with teams across the organization to ensure projects run on time and contribute to business growth. This role is part of the Business Operations department, focused on driving results through strategic, operational, and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Clio’s complex cross-functional projects, including new product launches, global expansion, M&A, and internal transformations.
  • Develop execution plans aligned with Clio’s strategic vision and goals in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Drive strategic alignment and decision-making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with workstream leaders, validating assumptions to ensure focus on project objectives.
  • Identify and highlight dependencies, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strategic mindset and ability to drive strategic decision making.
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and provide common sense, human-centric solutions.
  • Capacity to see the big picture across projects, priorities, and teams to identify dependencies, gaps, risks, decisions, and opportunities.
  • Meticulously organized.
  • Deep understanding of managing complex projects and programs end-to-end using best practices.
  • PMP certification or similar is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or adjacent disciplines within a fast-growing SaaS/tech company.
  • Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision-making alignment, and creating roadmaps/timelines.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and coaching individuals.
  • Keen interest in improving craft by using AI.

  • $102,000 to $120,000 to $138,000 CAD
