About the Role

The Consumer Marketing Manager will lead short and long-term strategic marketing for the Ostomy portfolio in the community setting. This role focuses on consumer acquisition, product preference, retention, and long-term use of Coloplast products, reporting to the Director of Marketing, Ostomy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the 5-year Impact 4 strategy for Ostomy Care.
  • Develop and lead consumer marketing strategies to achieve US business growth targets.
  • Define and own brand positioning and messaging frameworks across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Manage the consumer journey strategy from post-acute transition through long-term community use.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the development of consumer-facing materials for product campaigns, education, and commercialization.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for consumer associations, advocacy, ambassadors, and community events.
  • Lead the product launch process for consumer-focused initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and evaluate performance of community growth initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop product messaging, campaign inputs, and channel-ready assets.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Payers & Evidence to translate clinical evidence into compliant consumer messaging.
  • Manage deliverables with the internal MarCom team on branding and design projects.
  • Influence Global counterparts to develop product-supporting campaigns and value propositions.
  • Work with Payers & Evidence, Market Access, and DME Suppliers to build sustainable access for Ostomy Care.
  • Ensure strategy alignment through continuous input from Sales, Service, and Customer Experience partners.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and forecast spend.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a regulated or healthcare market.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of executing successful consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Comfortable managing a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical tasks.
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Domestic and minimal international travel required.
