About the Role
Join JLL's creative team to support business development through compelling visual design and marketing materials. This role involves applying professional graphic design principles to create innovative visual solutions that enhance JLL's competitive advantage in the commercial real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Create, design, and edit print and interactive collateral including proposals, offering memorandums, graphics, flyers, maps, and presentations
- Apply professional graphic design principles to develop innovative visual solutions
- Manage complex design projects from concept through final completion
- Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams
- Translate verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations
- Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns aligned with branding standards
- Stay current on design software advancements and industry marketing trends
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
- 2-3 years of design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Experience working on Macintosh operating system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to design within established branding standards
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
