About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating high-impact corporate proposals and presentations. Serving as a key national contact for pursuit teams, this role drives content creation, quality control, and production of firm-wide new business materials to ensure accurate and efficient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create and promote best practices to improve pitch materials and differentiate the firm.
- Maintain a proposal log and follow up with pursuit leads regarding outcomes.
- Manage and coach Corporate Marketing Coordinators and Designers.
- Analyze project content and edit for accuracy, grammar, and Associated Press style.
- Collaborate with department leaders to update and build library content.
- Support regional property marketing teams with marketing strategies, branding, and presentation concepts.
- Conduct audits of corporate documents and manage the update process.
- Complete corporate copywriting projects for national and regional teams.
- Participate in marketing team meetings to provide project status updates.
- Solicit content for social media and collect information for industry award submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of marketing or business development experience.
- Extensive copywriting experience.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently with various departments.
- Positive, energetic, and patient attitude.
